Sending

All our orders will be shipped with DHL. Once the payment has been received, your package will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship in Europe, the shipping time is different per country. You can track your package at all times via the track and trace link that you receive after shipment. 
If your country is not listed in the shipment, you can always contact us so that we can provide a customized shipment.
 

Return

If you are not satisfied with the ordered item, you can return it to us within 7 days. Please let us know the return is coming. The costs of returning are for your own. 
We try to photograph and describe our products as well as possible so that this can be prevented.
If the item has been returned in the same condition as shipping, we will refund you the purchase price.

Problem

If your package has arrived damaged and therefore also the ordered item, we ask you to send us a message within 24 hours with a photo so that we can solve this with you.
